Mike, I compared the two models and bought a 4100. But I would agree that the lifting capacity is not much of an issue. I know that I seldom tax the full capacity of either my loader or 3ph. But I would recommend the 4100 for one reason -it has 3ph position control and the B-7500 doesn't. I can't imagine doing any meaningful work with a rear-mounted implement without having position control. Why Kubota fails to include such a common and simple feature on what is otherwise a very fine tractor is beyond my understanding. On another note, I have been very pleased with the quality and performance of my 4100.
