We're looking into a JD 790 4x4 to use to prepare some wildlife food plots on our property. We've got about 4 acres to plant with the biggest field being just over 1 acre and all others coming in at under 1/3 of an acre.
I'm wondering, what size disks would the 790 be able to handle? I've been told it could handle a 4 or 5 foot bushhog and the seed spreader, but I want to make sure it can handle a set of disks before we dive into this. I'm really new to the whole tractor game so consider this research. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Thanks for the help.
