is that actually the tube.. or just the inner section of the casing? from my SMALL pic/screen.. it just loks like part of the tire

that's what I thought i saw.... He's still got decades left maybee 
... I have tires as bad. IE.. part of outter casing crumbled off.. inner holding fine.. tube still very well protected.

Yeah I guess you are right. I didn't zoom in. Plenty of life left there.

i had to ask as I use a mobile device with small screen... I have a barn full of oldies, and was pretty sure it was just the top layer gone.. but couldn't tell without asking with the small screen I was looking at.
