It is a course cut mower and can use fine cut blades. I can take a picture of mine tomorrow

Hey my next question is the drive pulley is there anything specific on getting it off I noticed last night the drive pulley is off not in line with the rest of the drive system it cruves out I need to see about getting that aligned.

Thanks

If I remember right, it is on a tapered, keyed shaft. A good puller will get it off.

The pulley is not loose? You need to take it off and see what shape the key and shaft are in to see why it has come out like that.
And, just to be clear, it is the bottom pulley for the rotor that has come out, not the top drive pulley.

Update i took the blades off still has vibration. I pulled the bottom pulley off it looked fine the whole cutter shaft slides back and forth.both bearings looks good.going to order new ones. I am stumped lol I'll also take it to drive shaft shop to have it balanced. My question is what keeps the shaft from sliding back and forth am I missing something?

The bearings on the rotor have locking collars to keep it from walking back and forth.
Are there a stack of weights bolted on the inside end of the rotor?

Yes there is a stack of weights. That one collor with the set screw was against the pulley.

Are you sure the rotor is not bent?
Also, we're the collars locked to the bearings?

No collor was on the right side. On the drive side the collar was locked against the pulley kinda like someone just thew it together. I ordered another collor. As far as the cutter being bent I haven't seen anything wrong once I get the new berings I'll get the drive shaft shop to look at it
