texbaylea,
Tell us more about the system.
How old is your drainfield?
What kind of pipe? Plastic, Terracotta,
Size of the drainfield? Trench width, Length
How many people use the system?

You are asking questions that I don't have answers for. We are not the first owners. What I do know is that the system is almost 30 years old. At one time I had a pencil sketch that I got a copy of from the county. As I remember it there was a 75' distribution line with 2 75' laterals. I believe plastic. The county has now lost our records so I can not get a new copy. I am going through old records to find what I can.

There are only two of us using the system regularly.

I do know that there are 2 cylindrical tanks of maybe 250-300 gallons each. I plan on measuring them next week when I will have someone to do a little digging.
