A nice winter break... almost spring

Saturday's sunshine and almost 68 degrees allowed serious seat time. I am alway's in awe of the amount of work I can get done in quick time since getting the Yanmar. First mowing the fields of the year.... nothing to it. Leveling the 1/4 mile long driveway... nothing to it. Now if I could just figure out how to get it to do the weed eating in those tough areas...
This winter I installed Pat's Easy Change System and what a surprise. I didnt skin a knuckle! Best investment I have made, after the fel and box blade.

Was 86 in North Alabama Saturday and then the North WInd came a howling south. Got a bunch of seat time in also. Had ice on the dog dish and bird bath this morning.

Spring?? Not for another month... It's snowing like crazy here, 2" in the past hour and near white out conditions when I came home from work. Winter's been too darned long! We got 11" last week and I had to break out the blower.

The weekend and the start of the week has been beutiful in southern Idaho, 70-75 sunshine. I've had the yanmar out moving dirt to build a pad for the shop. Got to love it I dont Know how I got along all these years without a tractor. My wife says she has become a tractor widow.
