After releasing the lever on the side panels pull out on the bottom of the panel and lift.

Release side lever, pull bottom of cover out toward tire about 3 inches and then lift straight up. I have a 3710 and work on it with the loader in the down position. Make sure to lube the release lever while you have the covers off. The lever is easy to break off if they haven't been lubed for a long time. Replacing the oil filter is a pain and i normally remove the bottom cover (gray) panel left bolt. Gives just enough room to get the filter out without to much trouble.

Thanks. I will yank harder on it and get it off.
