If there are no ID plates on the axles, measure the diameter of the axle and describe the wheel bolt pattern.

Some of the replies sound kinda harsh. If construction is kept to a minimum weight wise I don't see why this cannot be made to work within limits. HF has some cheap 12v winches that can lift a ton or more. That should pull the bed up using a gin pole. If you have welding skills consider removing the existing floor and building a full dump bed. Whatever you decide show some pictures. GL
