Dang all you people that can weld

Welders are not very expensive & you can do a lot with a Sawzall, drill & welder. Go buy a welder and a box of rod and start sticking things together. Look at it this way, the wost that you can do is have a weld break and you will have to weld it again.

Just because you have never done it doesn't mean you can't, It just means you haven't done it yet

Thanks but I can't take credit for the design. I am in Costa Rica and did not have a welder so I took a picture of someone else's design to a metal fab shop here. I ask to make something similiar but 4 days later I go to pick it up and there it was. The shocker was the price. $540

You can do all kinds of things with it. Move a trailer, wrap a chain around it. Because I have trailers with all 3 sizes of balls, so I would put a receiver hitch on it.
