Well, I got my new Digital camera and chronicled my latest project. I accidently had the camera set to 'close-up' mode so the pictures did'nt come out quite right. But, here they are anyway.

Step 1. Here's the "before" picture.

I am attaching to the seat belt mounts just above the rockshaft arms and in front of the SMV. The toolbox brackets will go on first and then the seat belt brackets will go on top.

Here is the steel attached with the first bend. I replaced the original grade 8 seat bolt bolts with longer grade 8 bolts so that I would maintain the the same amount of thread interface.

Test fit of box to locate holes.

I slid the seat all the way back and put weight on the spring to make sure that I allowed enough clearance so the seat would not hit the box.

Yes the toolbox is the right color. But the rest of the picture apears to be a Martion (spelling) landscape.

Say Jerry,

I thought you were going to "relocate" your turn signals up on the ROPS? With the SMV sign at it's new location, how you gonna do that?? /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif

Oh, I know! You're only going to be making right turns, so you only need the right side signal! Got it! /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Cupholder? You mean yours didn't come with one? I thought they all did /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif. Nice job on the install.

Jerry, You might want to move your SMV sign to the back of the seat. Just buy the sticker and put it right on the seat back. Attached is a photo of the one I put on my B2710. I always have it and its never in the way!

Great idea of the stick on SMV, mine came off when the bolts vibrated loose while mowing, rough cut mower sure does a number on them.

Great idea on the SMV, I have scratched mine up several times.

I will pick one up Monday Morning.

Glad to see someone using the KISS principal,
"Keep it simple stupid" it works every time.

OK GaryM /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif, what software did you use to fix it up ?

I use IrfanView and I have to swap all 3 colors.

I used photoshop 7.

Used the eyedropper to choose the color of the fender, set the brush to color mode and painted over the toolbox.

The color mode of the brush changes the color with out affecting the detail.
