Adding rear hyd to mahindra 3316

Hello I would like to add a set or two of rear hydraulics for my 3316. I was hoping some of you guys would have some advice here's some pics to start. I have no idea where to start or anything but I'm a quick learner and I've turned a few wrenches. The last pic is the valve I was hoping to use. Is there a way to test it before I install. Any advice would be great. Thanks

I believe that valve is a single action valve.

The center spool is a DA spool.

Here is the same valve from Surplus.

How many spools do you want?

For remotes, I would recommend something like this.

You need DA spools to power up and down.

Surplus Center - 3 SPOOL 8 GPM PRINCE MB31BBB5C1 DA VALVE

Surplus Center - 3 SPOOL 14 GPM PRINCE WVS31BBB5C1 DA VALVE

Surplus Center - 4 SPOOL 14 GPM PRINCE WVS41BBBB5C1 DA VALVE

or stacked valves with float on at least one spool,

Ok that looks a lot better to start with and the price isn't too bad. So where or how do I begin to plumb something like that in. I will probably order the valve soon so I like to have a plan long before I start. Thanks

You will have to look and see if you have a hyd block where the pump feeds the hyd flow.

Here is a logical flow with a hyd block.

Pump to hyd block,then to FEL IN port.

PB out of the FEL to the hyd block.

OUT port from FEL valve to HYD block .

HYD block OUT to 3pt, and than to tank.



With no hyd block and you want to add a remote valve with PB.

Your path should be like this.

Pump to FEL IN port.

PB OUT of FEL to IN port of remote valve.

PB OUT of remote to 3pt, and then to tank.

The remote OUT port will connect to any return hose.

Install QD on the remote valve work ports and enjoy.
