creekbend, WOW! nice:thumbsup:
I do not use any advertisement links on any forums. IMO it's just risky business. I will however us a link posted by a member I feel confident in.

This seems a little like Gomer Pyle's "Citizen's arrest! Citizen's arrest!" of Barney Fife ... & now the authorities have been informed & can decide whether or not to act, or how to. Close Thread (or delete it) would seem appropriate.

Mercy me. How will I sleep tonight in a world of such injustice.

Chill out Low Bucket. Have you been breathing in too much coal dust and drinking too much moonshine?

I know of a guy in Michigan you should hook up with as you two would get along famously.

I think if the OP could put one more "rolleyes" in it would help illustrate his point . Obviously one every other sentence does not communicate enough.

Don't know why you people can't understand.

Did you all read Muhammad's post on page1?

He said it's not allowed. (for the ones that can't understand):confused2:

:rolleyes::confused2::thumbdown:
OH REALLY!- Maybe you haven't been reading much on here.

Here's proof of one of his posts.- There is a lot more on here too.

Now Roy Jackson, what do you call that?- Looks like he is advertising to me.

It's just not fair that members like Jacob pay to be an advertiser (and a few other members too), and then Ken & Chris can advertise for free.

I like Ken's statement: "Shameless plug here:"

I don't read every post on TBN, reckon I missed that one.

One thing I do know...KennyD has contributed a lot to TBN and it's members over the years. Maybe the owners/mods cut him some slack because of that, maybe not...I really don't know.
What I do know is you've posted what....165 posts? What have you contributed? This thread?
IF you had a problem with what you call "unauthorized advertising", all you had to do was hit that little triangle to report a "problematic post" and the Mods would have determined if it was, in fact, a problem.
So, Low Bucket...what is your problem? Did you try to advertise something and get a post or thread deleted?

BTW, I don't know KennyD, other then TBN (and Deere Talk on rare occasions)...never met the man.

Dang Low Bucket - why so bitter? You did not just provide an example of an advertisement for KENS BOLT ON GRAB HOOKS....you only provided a reference. If you are angry but curious about them....well, I bought them and can not say enough about how fine they are....just as I am thrilled with the JOHN-DEERE I bought.

If KENS BOLT ON GRAB HOOKS was guilty as you say, then Muhammad would be guilty of TBN as a whole. We all mention tractor manufactureres by name as well as manufacturers of accessories etc.

KennyD is a private individual posting! Why should he not be able to reference a manufacturer as freely as you and I do. I hear (read) many posters on here talking about a particular JOHN-DEERE dealer...and many times it is a dealer they work for...According to your logic that should be shut down on here.

You need to fill your bucket with somethin' positive...or should I say upliftin'..

Chillax man.
This is a tractor forum, and if it's a good one (it is), I would expect any folks with tractor interests of many types to be on here.
I appreciate firsthand communicating with all of these folks.

I would say, stop worrying about Jacob, and Ken, and mind your own business.

If you're being spammed that's a different story.
But it's not the case.

I wouldn't really say that Kenny is running a for profit business, he is perpetual tinkerer and a toolaholic. The volume that he is selling and the material costs don't leave a whole lot of room for profit, but they might just buy him one more tool. He is just like any other addict, living day to day and doing what it takes continue supporting the addiction. Could he join Tool Anonymous; probably, but that is for quitters.

There are a lot of us out there don't have welders and there is no commercial supplier for bolt on grab hooks. Ken saw the need and stepped up to the plate. I have his hooks and I am sure many of you do too. Thanks Kenny.
