You've been a busy little beaver! Nice job on the table.
Well those who know me will tell you I say it as I see it and I'm telling the truth when I say I was more than impressed with the steel work you did. I'd be proud to place that table in our home. Outstanding work sir. If I were there I'd have to shake your hand, pat you on the back and say "Well Done".
You'll love the lights. I'm removing the OEM's this week and going all LED's.
Thanks Paul, that's nice to hear, especially from somebody who puts as much effort, thought, skill and pride into his work. Stumbling across all this stone has been such an incredible opportunity for me (even if most people are convinced I'm crazy). I feel like I did after finally getting around to taking a welding course at the local college and buying some metal working tools. My head is swirling with the possibilities, I hardly know where to start. Being able to combine wood working and metal fabrication with this new medium is a lot of fun.
I can't wait to get at the lights. I'm replacing all 4 of the OEM lights, so that wont be much of an impressive mod. Mounting two extra forward lights and two extra rear/side lights is such a no brainer with the way they built my cab that it doesn't make sense to try and make it more complicated or fancy. I've watched your vids and read all your posts and I'm tempted to add all sorts of strobe warning lights, but I have a strict policy of not taking my tractor on the road in the winter (because of the road salt), so I'm going to leave it for now. I'll see how bright all these lights are, but I'd love to add a couple of those light bars one day, both for the light and the cool factor.
