For the acreage you listed, your planned uses, and experience I'd strongly suggest a tractor like mine in Kioti, Kubota, Bobcat, Mahindra or similar flavor.
25 HP range should do you. But get one with ground clearance unless all you really plan on doing is mowing.
Used will save a little $$, but maybe not much unless you find a real deal.
For instance I figure I paid about $8K for my 2007 B7610 w/245 hours in 2009. Looking at Tractorhouse recently I could get the same tractor for $10K to $12K. It's replacement, w/ FEL, the B2320, would be about $15K NEW today.
