Aerobic vs. Anaerobic Septic Systems

I have a property bordering mine which the owner rented late last year. The tenants have commenced excavating within 3 feet of a spray head for a wooden shed and on Saturday their 5 year old was playing in the spray from head !

Me thinks you should tell them that it ain't just water being sprayed. They might think it is a lawn sprinkler.

Dan , When they moved in I gave them a ton of information on the Aerobic Septic system including the manufacturers handbook and various Internet links but it has fallen on deaf ears..

Let me put it this way , the young folk of the house (all 3 of them) have no boundary's if you get my drift and very little supervision. They have already damaged my door bell which required replacement and ring barked 3 of my young trees with their sticks and roam the area pretty freely. I have requested the parent supervise a little better, but alas still very wayward.

Yeah, no matter how clean they tell me the water is coming out of these systems, I ain't gonna be brewing iced tea with it.

Well, you tried. Sometimes that is all you can do.

Maybe an electric fence is required? To keep out the deer of course. Put up signs and tell the neighbors. The boys will learn. :laughing:
