For me it would be the Ford truck with the Cummins/Allison drive train
I like opening up the Dodge hood and seeing all the space and simplicity.

That would be a nice combination. I like the Cummins engine a lot. But that danged Duramax is a killer engine when it comes to power. I don't doubt the Cummins will outlast it but the trucks will likely be falling apart way before the engines we are talking about.

Interior styling or colors do not make a truck, smae goes for exterior. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some guys like blondes, some like redheads......

I didn't really like the looks of the exterior of my truck that much when I bought it. I bought it for reasons other than looks.

After driving it for a few weeks, I could care less about the looks. 2 years later, I don't even give it another thought.

I don't like tan interior on my trucks, every truck i have owned has had gray interior.

Now about the women,

When i was in high school i liked blonde's, but some of them i dated was dizzy headed.

So when i turned 18 i thought black hair looked great, i found me one and been married since 18 and I'm 42 now and the black hair still looks good, but she is a good wife.

When we go shopping, i can look at a woman with black hair and tell if it is dyed or not.

*now you can't dye tan to gray in a truck interior*

Well you told me that i could get a F-350 for $600 more, and you was right, didn't buy because i don't like tan interior

Did you read my post a few pages back what i told JB about a dodge and a family discount, well i may be changing brands.

*I know how to fix the squat in a truck, but why does the dealers have the ugly interiors in Fords

What are you talking about?????? Just order one with the color you want. Like others said its in the eyes of the beholder.

No more ordering for me, been there done that too many times.

My F350 interior is gray. Off the lot. Had lots of choice to choose from.
I had lots of local (enough) dealers to choose from. Not so many now
But you can scan the internet for other dealers. They will exchange with a local dealer or ship to you. I have done that before.

Good luck on that one. You usually have to get things in packages. The only way this will probably be possible is to get the dealer to change out the carpet for the rubber mat after it arrives at his lot.

A friend purchased his LT Dmax crew new in 04 with leather and rubber, I don't know if it was factory or dealer installed, I'll have to ask him next time I see him.

I am sure you could back in 04 but I keep reading they are cutting the ways car/trucks will be made to save money. Read somewhere that with all the options, colors, interiors, and options there were 300,000 variants of the F-150.
