There are a lot of folks very obsessed with big horns on their pickups. The diesel truck websites seem to attract the most manly horn wanters. Usually it requires either a real air compressor or a stored supply of air in a tank. The lines to run those big horns are very large and the horn must be very large to get that low tone. You can make it sound like a fog horn on a ferry, that deep roar, but with such volume as to make people feel it. It'll cost way way more money though.
My main use was fun and also to wake up that goofball cell phone driver merging onto the highway and not looking to see that I am already there with 50 feet of truck and trailer. They may wet themselves but at least they don't get run off the road.
