Allied 3504 clutch

So my clutch is finally shot, has anyone dealt with replacing the clutch on on of these? I know it takes alot of ford parts so maybee a similar clutch change, I just don't like diving into shallow water. Dealer says $550 parts and labor but im pretty sure I can do it for the paarts only so ill take suggestions from anyone willing to help. Thanks
