An unusual project.

I must have change something, because I can't see any signature , even mine. Any suggestions.

My signature was in this post when I sent it, but is not displayed on the web site.

Well, I figured out why no ones signature was being displayed. Under preferences, there is a check block to show signatures. Somehow, this became unchecked. It is fixed now.

Real sorry about your cat but glad you had the appropriate tool for the task.

Used a large post hole auger years ago to help a neighbor perform the same task for her beloved cat but no foul weather to deal with that time.

Hope you find (or other way around) another kitten or cat in the near future that will become special also.

thanks I appreciate the sentiment. Yes it is a great tool. Since I don't have the backhoe option I also thought about using the Auger, to supplement digging deep holes and around stumps. I need to get one soon.

I had people over all day today for a Christmas party. Amazing how the big attraction was the PT setting in the garage. The comments were who makes this I have never seen one before.

One guy has his own tree cutting service. He jotted down the name and now his wife is going to kill me. He wants to buy one for his business.

He has a large Kubota right now, but was really impressed with the PT. As far as the cat, the wife says I can't get another cat until I learn how to change the litter box. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

When it was my cat, I changed the litter box. With the new kittens, that belong to the kids, they change the litterbox. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif I am always amazed that cats know how to use a litter box from the beginning. I was worried because they were barn cats for 8 weeks and just pooped in the hayloft where they lived. We brought them home and set them in a cage with a litterbox and they went first thing. Fine with me! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I would like to get a post hole digger next year or two. I'd like to fence our property along the highway, just as a deterrant to the hunters and ATV riders.

Sounds like another PT picture project coming on to me. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif We have ATV mania around here too. Not that I have anything against ATV'S. I use to own one and did a lot of riding myself. I just don't want kids doing dounuts on my property.

That's the same thing I had in mind. Getting the post hole digger fencing off some of my property with a rustic looking fence, not a chain link deal. I will be planting pine trees around the boarder just inside the fence.

This is one of the reasons the PT really appealed to me. I have a lot of landscaping to do. I also want to plant a few white birch trees. The post hole digger should handle this along with extending my deck nicely. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

I Just now spotted your post. Yes the roads are nasty around here in the winter. My neighbor and I had to pull some poor guy out of the creek the very next morning with a tow strap.

He had slid off the road nose down and the tail end of his jeep was sticking straight up in the air. I can't count the cars I have had to pull into my yard or out of a ditch here in front of my house the last two winters. Finally today the black top is starting to show back here. Now if they can get back here with the trash truck to pick up my two weeks worth of garbage I'll be a happy camper. Where might you be located?
