Do you think a IR temp sensor would locate a mole?

I doubt it. It would just tell you the temperature of the soil where you pointed the beam.

They also make those shot hammers in .357 magnum size. Guess you'd want to be REAL careful when using that one. One of my contractors had one, said they go for about $500 and you can;t leave it lying around cause when you use it everyone on the site knows what it is and they tend to "walk" away if left unattended.
