Annoying Add Banner on Right Side of Page

The problem resolved on my iPad after the fix and then only after closing everything by sweeping it off and then a hard reboot.

No, on my motorola phone. Chrome Android.

Ads just took over. Full page. Backed out of chrome. Rebooted. Same thing.

Turned on adblocker, and now ok....so far.

I am getting the shift of the page to the left again as if an add is coming in. No adds show up and if I refresh the page, it goes back to full size. I am on an IPad. Not nearly as annoying as before but still is a bother.
