Annoying Add Banner on Right Side of Page

Is anyone else getting an annoying add banner on the right side of the TBN page? I am using an IPad. I have Addblocker Plus installed but it still comes in. It crowds the page to the left, sometimes half the screen.

What I see sometimes is that silly EU mandated cookie nag. I'm not in the EU and they need to take a hike.

This is what my page looks like. Between it and the banner above the threads there is not much screen left. It started yesterday.

On my android phone using Chrome I have twice today had a popup ad freeze my phone with a full screen identifying my phone and telling me to click here to cash in on a reward. It won't even let me use the back button to get out. I have had to open a new tab and close the tab I was using for TBN to get out of it. Not happening at any other site. Guess I need an ad blocker to use this site on my phone now.

Not having a problem so far on my Win 7 computer with Firefox and adblock plus.

I moved the thread to News Feedback. Also notified the management. I'm getting it too, in an iPad.
