Shaley, I was going over the dimensions one more time and on the front I have a 6 7/8" bolt patern 175mm? Your drawing showes 180mm. Am I missing something or are our machines different. smac

That's about what I measured a few months back also, But I thought I was wrong after reading this post...

I'll be glad to verify the bolt circle tomorrow 12/27 when it quits raining. I sure don't want any body to make scrap. I can print the part drawing full size on my 11x17 printer and overlay it on the tractor axle wheel flange. I might have measured wrong as I only have a set of 6" calipers but 5mm would be 0.2 inches and you would think I could tell that difference even in the dark.

All done! looks great. I do not know about traction yet. I had about 1000 lbs of calcium in the backs also. 8 " wider in back 4" wider in front and 3" more clearance. I will post pics soon. smac

Just a note, my front centers are cut off and at the machine shop to get sized to my new outer rims. I should have them back maybe next week...

For the fronts...

The bolt circle diameter is 175mm
The bolt holes are 17mm
The center inside diameter is 115mm

Shaley, if you update your pdf of the front measurements I can resave to my drive. It is a handy picture to save in case I ever want to bring to a shop with a CNC mill to make another set of fronts...

thanks

Joe

I'll make some revisions to the front disc drawing and re post it. How did you guys cut the center out of the front rims?
Did you end up using the rear adapter design or something else?
I need to get going on mine.

Here are some pics I forgot to post when asked.

Not much to see...

The finished product was sandblasted, cold zinc spray, then por-15 Tiecoat, then new holland primer, then new holland gray (which is almost white). I know, sounds like a lot of coatings, bit the gray painted steel (rims and fenders) on this tractor rusts very easily. The back rims and fenders I will hope to blast and paint this spring. I didn't take any pics of the finished rims, but you cannot tell them from factory. There are 4 four inch welds on the back side only, similar to a major mfg rim.

The centers were cut off from the 18" rims by me with a torch, then brought to a CNC mill which cut the outer edge of the centers to a perfect fit to the I.D. of the new outers. I needed a rubber hammer to work the offset. Which is 4.5"

hope yours are coming along well

Joe
