Had the same problem a neighbor a few years back he has now moved,thank god.I had my land surveyed and posted no trespassing signs to keep him and his son off my land.It finally worked.I would also put up hidden game cameras.coobie

My question. What would you guys do? Load it into the bucket of my tractor (Tie to TBN) and dump it on his front porch? let the law handle it? or???? BTW he has about 225 acres where he can dispose of this stuff. I have to leave soon but will check back in the morning for your thoughts.

Sounds familiar. Stick to your guns and the law. If there are other neighbours or community folk who have been bullied by him - find out. Strength in numbers. Document everything - camera, sound/digital recording of conversations and diary etc.

Use your land. Make fences, build buildings etc. If it continues, it is called harassment, that takes it to another level that your laws may do something with... along with maybe suing him for "interrupted enjoyment and use of property" etc.

Thanks all. The game warden was out there this morning, saw the pile, said yep that is a violation but can't prove for sure who did it. He was going down to the guys place to have a talk with him. I will keep posted if anything else happens.
