A Hummingbird!!! Two weeks early for most years and this one with another cool spell on tap. Scrambled to make some goop for it.

This winter was weird. It never got really cold, I don't think we got into the low 20's, much less teens, and certainly not in single digits this winter. However, it was never really warm either. We usually get a warm spell but not this winter. Then there was the rain.

The average last freeze day for us in April 15th. It was kinda cold this week, but thankfully, no freezing cold. Having said that we did have a freeze a week or so ago.

Tis the weather. It is hot or it is too cold. Too much rain or not enough.

A dry Fall and a dry Spring here. We always get snow melt runoff through the back yard but NOT this Spring. First time in 26 years.
