No. 3/10. Regent is around a grand for 104 oz jug so it's expensive for the product but cheap per acre. If you apply it at .5 oz per acre they say it will last for 5 years. I use it every 3 years and drop bifen in every other year.

The other day, I opened my mailbox and it was filled with ants. Reaching in to get my mail looked like a scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark. Hosed it down with ant spray and closed the door....💀

At least it wasn't snakes.

"Why did it have to be snakes?"

Got it, thanks. I think it's more selective than Bifen and that can be a good thing.
Always looking for options.

I found something else called "Altrevin" . From what I can see its safe around food stuffs. I am researching it to see if I can get it and what are the "rules" surrounding growing food around it. Looks likes a bait type application as well.

If you are willing to go the legal route you might want to see if you can get a private applicator pesticide license. Lets you buy some licensed products not available to the general public.
I got one for Mississippi about 4 years ago, I'll need to renew it next year if I want to keep it current..
Only have used it once for some termite pesticide.
Basically I took an online course, with online exams. I took it all one weekend with my laptops while sitting in Virginia.
If you are used to taking online dumbed down courses it was easy.
While working for the Army I had to crank out credits for various things, from HR stuff to Safety.
Got it so I could pass ~100 rated hours of tested course work in a slow week around Christmas. 2 monitors with the course/answers on one and the tests on the other made it simple. Lot easier than looking up the answers in a book
