Any Big Guys Out There with a BX

Generally there is no need to stand up to see where you might be going but it might be needed to occasionally survey the best escape route when one's tractor is sinking slowly into the goo. Here is a test, position your 7500 in the mud, deep, gooey, mud is best and then stand up in the somewhat dwebe looking pose I have so handsomely struck. My odds bet that the steering wheel will be attempting to occupy the same space your hind-in will want to be in! A pic would be nice, especially if it has any Kubota mud wrestling scenes or mud diving.

Here is a picture showing my BX2200 after dumping gravel over the lagoon fence. Compare that to the pic of the B2410 dumping gravel over the same fence in exactly the same spot. Notice the lift height of both tractors is about the same. Notice also that the ground clearence of the mowerless BX is not that much less than the 2410. I am in the same "pose" (ha) and notice the BX steering wheel is slightly lower, that I have more legroom perhaps on the BX, notice my left arm and see that it has about the same position relative to my body on both tractors and notice that my right leg has about the same bend and position on both units. Might be off interest to some folks. I am about 5'11" and about 185ish plus or minus a little here or there. Both seats are set in second from last position.

I'm a large man. I'm 6'3" tall and weigh 350 lbs. The BX2200 That I bought a year ago has plenty of room for me. The only thing I did that was extra was to order from Kubota A longer seat belt which is availble from your dealer. The only problem I had was to have to get in three parts before I got the right one.

Don't mean to suggest or appear to be changing brands on you, as you may have Kubota firmly in mind. If not, check out the new JD xseries. They seem to have a lot more room (certainly more than the 400 series) around the seat and steering wheel area.
