Any one seen a drone?

Shoot it down and see what happens. Drone law is vague at best right now and im sure the ACLU would help in a violation of privacy lawsuit. I hate it when the gov over reaches.

No kidding, now I can't even pee in the woods on my own property. I find it hard to believe whoever owns this thing can just walk over my land at 150 to 200 feet in the air.

I haven't seen a drone yet, but I think I will sometime soon. We have helocopters over here every summer, looking for pot, small planes, ultralights, hot air balloons, even gliders. put that together with hunters, mushroom seekers, and the just plain nosy, we don't really have a whole lot of privacy.

It is illegal to shoot at an aircraft. You don't own the airspace above you.

You would have to prove the drone was actually invading your privacy even if there were laws that regulated that. Is United Airlines invading your privacy when it flies over? There are cameras that do quite well at many thousands of feet altitude.

As said, we don't have much privacy--unless we create it, and there are a lot of gray legal areas.

What if you were pheasant/duck/goose hunting and got "confused?" People get away (at least somewhat) with shooting other hunters in the woods thinking they were game animals.
