<font color="blue"> LOL. You are a riot. I almost fell out of my chair laughing. Truth be told, I was just kidding about taking off the ROPS. I am inspired by Henro.

Well...at the expense of maintaining this reputation that I seem to be developing... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Why should we all be so /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif about the thought of someone taking his ROPS off?
Now I totally would not recommend it, and I do use my seat belt and ROPS as a team almost all the time, to the extent that I have never even folded my ROPS once, and don't know if it actually folds or not.
BUT...I often look over at my neighbor when he is using his old International 454 38 PTO hp tractor [on his 4 acres, who says a
L3430 would be too big for my 3.7???] and see there is no ROPS on that machine.
So I wonder how we on one hand could be so strongly against removing a ROPS, while on the other hand seem to accept the use of older tractors that never had a ROPS to begin with!
Paul is my neighbor with the no-ROPS tractor. Can you imagine the dilemma I would be in if IHCrules was my other neighbor, threatening to remove his ROPS? Just the thought of this makes me want to consult with soundguy! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
How could I advise IHCrules to keep his ROPS on his tractor, without running over and telling Paul he better put one (and a seat belt) on his? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Guess I’ll just take the middle ground and keep my thoughts to myself. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
