Anybody use Titan shrub puller

I use my Land Pride grapple. It closes tight enough that I can pull great wads of Buck brush with each chomp.

What machine do you have it on? Is visibility a problem with other implements also - bucket, etc?

It is on a LS4140 Cab. And yes, I have issues with seeing any implement that is engaged low to the ground. Even hooking up the SSQA is a PITA and that is why I need the camera.

I test drove a L4701 and noticed the switching implements was "cumbersome".

FYI - I use a after-market backup camera for backing up my 2014 F350 to a trailer. Its bluetooth to the plug in screen in the cab. I cheaped out when I bought it cause its only for occasional use - kinda sux!! ( intermittent pic and digital breakup) I would recommend due diligence on purchasing a remote camera for a cab tractor - like most things a few $$ saved won't be worth the aggravation of poor performance. my$.02

I have posted before and stick by it, the INTIMIDATOR is great! From small to big it will work, there is a little issue with the site over the hood (JD 5225) but it works as advertised. I have used it to dig roots on things that wouldn't just pull out. I have also used it with brush on a fence line, cut limbs off of the fence and then just pull out, no hassle. The group pictured below took less than 10 minutes to pull out and no damage to the fence. I like the idea of the 3 point hook up, Thanks for that!

@ranger danger how is yours attached to the 3 point? i world like to replicate your setup
If you can weld you might be able to add the 3 point mounts, here is one for John Deere that fits front or rear: Buckthorn Puller

No trees where I live now but 20 years ago I had to pull a bunch of 8 ft evergreens from a windbreak. It was early spring with soft ground and I just hooked a chain to the hooks on my tractor, wrapped around the base of the trunk and easily lifted them out of the ground. It was a 90HP tractor but 70HP or less would have done it. Harder ground would have been more of a problem.

Some came out so easily and had enough of a rootball that I was able to transplant them. All lived.

Anybody pulled the shrubs or tree stumps out like this. It's not hard, best when the soil is not compacted nor dry season.

Smaller trees, just the rim works fine too.

Nothing fancy at all and the cost is minimal.

What's the trick? Turning horizontal force to vertical force.

Bmaverick… I’ve seen this before but it’s still pretty neat.

It works really well, but not in all conditions. Speed is actually the worse thing to do. There is lots of tension involved and having that chain whip back without protection is a death sentence. The bigger the wheel, the better it works. With the tractor, creeper gear does this great. IF the wheels spin, you got to dig around to loosen it up. Hose soak for 20mins on a super large stump like the first video. Soil types are key too.

Now, if some company can take an attachment with a wheel like mechanism with a crash wall in place, this DIY rigged system would be much safer.
