I am widening/improving trails on wooded land and have some areas which need to be ditched to prevent mud/washout. I'm considering a subsoiler to make ditches along side, and occasionaly, across the trails.
Also, wondering if this would work for running underground cable to my tractor shed.
Anyone had experience with this with JD 2305 or other subcut? Any better ideas or advice?
Thanks, Wayne

I use one that looks like yours but it is red and I use it behind a BX2200. I used it when I enlarged my garden, to subsoil an area that had not been plowed for over 40 years. The one I have is the combination subsoiler, middlebuster, and some of the single use subsoilers have a longer shank on them. I was able to pull this one as deep as the TPH would let it go, and it really made a difference in the time it takes for the ground to get rid of the heavy rains we have been having lately. You'll have plenty of power to pull your subsoiler, but if you have turf tires, you'll need chains to get enough traction.
