Anyone Being sued

I lent my smaller 5hp walk behind snowblower to my neighbor last winter.

He is a good guy our kids play together and we have a few cold ones together once in a while. He is not the best w/tools though.
I gave him a lesson.
After I lent him the blower I started to think about being liable etc..... I was so relieved when spring came and he returned it. unfortunately they moved but I was going to tell him I gave it to my sister this year.
I will never do that again. Its too bad you have to be that way isn't it.

A few years back, I was escorting a lawyer out of a unit where he had met his convict client. As we approached the stairway I noticed it was wet from high humidity (no airconditioning-it's prison,) and that lawyer was wearing cowboy boots. I told him the stairs are wet and them boots are probably slippery, so it would be best if he used the handrail. He told me he was fine, in a mind your own business voice.

A few seconds later he wasn't fine anymore, cause he fell right down the stairs. When we loaded him up in the ambulance he was talking about his next lawsuit.
