Anyone else do something dumb today?

Yes, well new as of 5-7-10, 30 hrs on it so far.....when the tractor was rolling over the BH arm was streched out straight and swung around to my left as I was in the drivers seat.....I was only going to move it a couple feet when a sapling moved the control lever....and VIOLA....instant flip....

Quite exciting to say the least....pride was the only thing hurt here:ashamed:

Glad to hear there was no perminant damage. I remember your posts from when you bought it and got it home. Seems like just last month...Oh, I guess it was just last month.:laughing:

I am soooo jealous. I 'ld give my eye teeth for a backhoe for my tractor, but unfortunately I don't think anyone would take that trade. I really miss having a backhoe around.

That's right, I remember now. You posted that picture and I responded that I had a two for one.:laughing: At least yours missed the house. Did you get the shed cleaned up and rebuilt yet?

while i didn't do this the day of the post, yesterday I clipped the right tail light off of my trailer with the FEL and then about 3 seconds later ran my rotary cutter into the side of the outbuilding door. I was a bit of a moving disaster.

Maybe something around 40x60?

I have to agree. Mine's 30x36 and it sure doesn't hold as much as you would think it should. Seems like 200x300 should be about right.:laughing:

Wow, I better quit reading about all this "Tractor Shed" stuff.....next thing you know it'll be big enough for cars, trucks, boats, airplanes, blimps.....well maybe not aircraft:laughing::laughing:

Did something similar years back with a Case Backhoe. I was dumping gravel perpindictular to the highway and had the backhoe turned to the side so it didn't stick into the roadway. The boss pulled in with this truck and when I went to get more rock, I nailed the back of his cab with the knuckle of the hoe which was still turned off to the side. Made a pretty good mess of the truck.

I'm just visualizing this scenario here at home.....it's only a matter of time before I clobber a vehicle somewhere, sometime, someday
