Anyone else having trouble poting a pic today?

I had problems for a while, but the basic uploader is working for me. If it shows the file name of the picture next to where you click "upload files", it should work, although mine is very slow doing the upload.

I'm doing it right and the file name is in the box. It's just the clicks don't work. I've posted probably 300 pictures so I know the drill and am doing it correctly. It's either TBN, which I suspect or it's something I don't know about.
