Yes we get them in an e-mail.

Dang...5 pages and no one else has noticed? I didn't want to point fingers at any new poster because ....well...yep, I could be wrong. As for one liners, I have done that and will still do that, so I don't think there is anything wrong with that at all. Now, boosting a post count here on TBN really has no benefit does it? Everything here is free regardless of post count right? I know some forums have a minimum "time as a member", or (X) amount post posts before you can post in the classifieds.

I'm going to post the link to the last page of my house build, and y'all take a look and tell me if something does not strike you as odd. My thread is not the only place I have noticed these type posts. I'm not paranoid, but these just struck me as odd because they were being posted in many different threads all around the same time period. They could be completely legit, and if they are, y'all can crown me with a new tinfoil hat:laughing:

Now, if y'all have done your preliminary investigation, what are your conclusions? All the "odd" posters joined and on the same day posted at least half a dozen one liners then have not posted since that day. Sumptin fishy here.............

I viewed the last 3 or so pages of your thread and saw 4 short posts by new members each with 4 or 5 total posts. Is this what you are talking about?

Yep, now besides the similarity of the posters Handle(name), look at their post history & profile.

Thread tools, just above the posts, lets you subscribe w/o posting.

Thanks for the tip Larry!!!! I couldn't figure out how to do that. :)

Hmmm, some are dupes for sure. I reported one of them so they can be investigated...
Thanks for the examples.

a couple yrs ago there was a new user that was posting a whole lot of recycled threads, they were duplicate questions that others had already asked, they were reasking the same question (cut and paste) as if it came from them.
