anyone got a form style eviction notice?

Our old truck mechanic bought a neighbors house and remodeled it and had rented it out. Ran into a ton of trouble with renters bringing in other folks. and not cleaning it the unit. He gave them a notice of eviction which in MS gives them 30 days to leave. They trashed the place. After that he put the power meter and water in his name. When the rent is passed over he pulls them and they leave over night. Im about to tear a nice rebuildable house down across the road becaseim tired of al lthe folks tell ing me to rent it or asking to rent it.

You may be making a good choice in tearing it down. With interest rates at a record low most renters are now owners. That being said you may find that the people you rented to have moved on and simply left the kids behind to rent the property. My lawyer set all the court dates which came and went. One day before the hit the fan they moved with no forwarding address. CurlyDave had the best idea,and far the cheapest.
