Probably need to look at what it actually takes in Florida to get them out including what the lease says. TN has one set of rules for property in the major cities and another set of rules for the rural areas.
I didn't read all of it, but you may want to take a look at what the Florida Bar Assn. has put on the internet about the eviction process in case your tenants start searching the internet for how long they can stay, what notice you have to give, etc.

A slight variation on Curly Dave's method is how much of their deposit they get back, but usually they stay on long enough to make sure they've used up all their deposit money.
