Anyone Have Any Experience With This Pallet Fork Grapple?

There is an auction coming up in Manchester new Hampshire on the 21st I think (can bid online). I picked up a set of 42" forks and a 66" single lid grapple for $1200ish, the forks were 500 and the grapple was about 600 plus auction fees. When I got mine they didn't have any 48" but they do this time around.

Thanks Apster, I guess you are talking about the Ritchie Bros. sale. They actually list a bundled fork and brush grapple (Stout Mfg.) package in the Houston sale. Here's a link if anyone else is interested. Hard to believe one could get these for around $1200.00 give or take. Then there are the auction fees and shipping?

Yes Ritchie Brothers, sorry I didn't realize I didn't put the name. I actually got the tomahawk brand for both the grapple and forks. It just worked out that was the brand that was available when I was shopping. I didn't pay for shipping but I had probably less then $50 in gas to go pick them up. The auction fee was 10% I think so that added about $100, so I guess it was more like $1250 plus a few hours driving. Also I would look at the auction list there is most likely one closer to you.

Actually there's one in Gilbert PA but that one is only for a 72" brush grapple, there were no forks or smaller grapples listed. I think I will go ahead and register so that I can search the auction results for some sales to see what the items go for. If I could find something within driving distance I'd do as you did. Good deal!.
