I happened to me this morning when I clicked a Tab that I downloaded yesterday. my computer (W8.1) was in Hibernate overnight.
I clicked other tabs, OK no message.
Then I responded to a PM from yesterday and got this:
I refreshed, Auto Save worked and it sent OK.
