People buy Rolls Royce cars for 1/2 million and have problems.

Based on what I read on here I wouldn't buy one. Then or now. Trailer companies for whatever reason don't typically change their atmosphere enough to make a difference in the way they build equipment from what I have seen. Case in point is Gator. Terrible build quality and always has been yet they sell a ton of trailers. If I ever see a trailer stranded by the road around here it will surely be a Gator.

Trailers are tough to judge when new. They usually look really nice, but then the flaws don’t show until months or years later. Especially poor painting and wiring. Luckiest owners are the ones who live near the manufacturer.

I did have a problem with my Kaufman and they offered me help, but I just took care of it myself (U-bolt nuts came loose).

I’m sure your trailer will be fine. Don’t read too much into problems on the internet. Some people get very protective of their own purchases and find pleasure in putting down other brands. Then again, some did have legitimate problems.

I bet there’s plenty of people who have problems with their own vehicles and never admit it.

Very true. I bought my 10k PJ new in 2015. I have done absolutely nothing to it except weld a receiver tube to it for a winch mount. Powdercoat still looks new. It does need a deck, but after 9 years living out in the weather, never been treated with anything, it's to be expected.

Reluctantly, I have to agree. Usually the paint is gone on them after about 3 years. Yet they have a very persistent sales force.

I’d pay extra $ for a trailer that was proven to be painted more like a truck.

So what else have you read on here? There are only 2 negative posts in this thread about them...both have to do with dump trailers (which I'm not looking at). One is electrical in nature, which could have nothing to do with Ironbull (they don't build the pump, battery, or charging system).
The other is human error, and that could have been found easily if the trailer was inspected before purchased.

And one has to remember that the few people who do get something bad usually cry the loudest on the internet.
The other 98% that are satisfied don’t say much because after all, you are supposed to be satisfied.

I'm not going back and counting but there were maybe a total of 4 posts for owners of that manufacturer and 2 had issues. Pretty high percentage by my math. I'm just saying, if I were buying a trailer it wouldn't be theirs. But I have a local manufacturer that makes really good trailers so it's a non-issue for me. I hope you have a good experience with yours. I had never heard of this company until I read this post so don't pay any attention to me.

Who’s your local manufacturer? I might be interested in what they have. There’s a Big Tex in NC I want to check out too (Ironbull dealer is very close, so I thought I’d kill 2 birds since I’d be down there anyways)

Both negative posts were also from people that have only 1 post total. I find that chicken$hit myself. They searched the web to find a spot to badmouth their trailer.
