Price Check Anyone price a BX-62 Wallenstein chipper ?

I have narrowed the search for a wood chipper and I believe the best chipper for the price is the BX-62. From what I gather the retail list price is $2850. Not including shipping and tax.... anyone get a better price ? Thanks jr

If you can buy the BX62 for that price I think you are doing well. Some dealers have quoted me that much for a bx42.

I think that's the price just for the chipper without either the manual feed or hydraulic feed hopper. The manual feed is about $500 and the hydraulic is about $3000.

I was quoted $3250 from a NY dealer so that price sounds pretty good. I ended up with a Salsco from a different dealer.
