Anyone try sharpening bush hog blades with flap discs?

I usually use a typical abrasive wheel, but tried a flap disc on my CX-15 blades for the first time and thought it worked well.

I use flap discs to sharpen all my blades.
Finish mowers blades, brush mower.

I use flap disks for all my mower blades. I save my old, mostly used-up disks to use on mower blades because it helps keep me from removing too much material.

For finish mower blades I use a 40g flap disk on a jig, then finish it off by hand with a 60g to take the burrs off.

I use 40 or 80 grit flap discs all the time...work great and fast

I finally smartened up and use flap disks to sharpen mower blades after years of bench grinders and files. There are jigs to hold mower blades at the proper angle but free hand works well for me and doesn't take too much material off too quickly.
