I now have two and think they are wonderful. It will give you a perfect seed bed. You can tear out vegetation and then drag it off. You can push backwards and with the wheels it is so much easier to use then a box blade. It is reat for gravel driveways. I recently did a 1 acre new residence with a 5 footer TR3 on the back of a New Holland TC33. The lot had piles of dirt that needed leveled it had chest high weeds covering the entire lot. With just a TR3 and without even first cutting the weeds down the TR3 tore everything out and left a perfect 3 inch seed bed. It looked great when i finsihed. Also we had no rain and the ground was as hard as it could be. The TR3 leveled, cleared and left a soft seed bed which now is a great looking lawn. The best thing about it was I had never even drove a tractor before and this was my first expirence. I have since used a box blade and a pulverizer and would pick the TR3 hands down. You don't ever have to change implements. It is half the price of a power rake and does more. You can drag off vegeations, rocks and go backwards. I looked and looked at everything, power rakes, box blades, everything and I think hands down the TR3 was the best choice.
