I used to walk into a room full of fire with 4500psi in a carbon fiber air cylinder . After a minute or two the breathing air in the SCBA becomes warm .

Scary. I have not worked with carbon fiber. Not sure how it hold up in heat. I would not want my aluminum tanks to start putting out warm air.
