All it takes is a very few yahoos to give young engineers a bad name. That and or some sour grapes types who put down engineers to try to boost there uneducated self worth.

I have been variously employed as a technician, engineer, scientist and even had an actual job title with one outfit as "WIZARD." I have held steady jobs from mopping floors to leading teams of scientists and engineers and the more I have learned the more I know just how little I know compared to what there is to know.

I am pretty sure, no matter what some prideful recent graduate may think, NO ONE starts out as an expert even though some may be a legend in their own mind.

Might also check out the JD5x03 series also. I can mow my 25ac in under 10 hours. I handles a HD 6' box blade like it wasn't there and I've got a medium duty 6' rotory cutter. It's a shuttle shift as I figured on doing more mowing than anything else. The tractor it's self was well under $14k. My whole package was under $20k.
