Yes BUCK please help out!!!! Where are you?
Yes they my call ASV for you. ASV will say,**** NAW. They will say sorry we can't really help. I am putting this out there so maybe Buck will read it and defend his company and help you out.
This is a public forum and a place for people to freely voice there comments. You say your not a mulcher. So maybe you have no working knowledge of what it takes to survive the business then maybe you do. If you have no comment based on the subject and just wish to judge what individuals comments are . Then maybe you should keep your mouth shut. Or simply not choose to comment on a non vested intrest.I say this with not a single vested interest in the brush cutting industry or in Terex/ASV the company other than knowing some guys who do it and owning an RC50 and a S220.
I find it entirely entertaining how you post on this forum continuously bagging a product (ASV) like you have an axe (no pun intended) to grind. Especially this last post. I'm sure you really care deeply about whether or not "Buck" will "defend his company".
While I can't speak for other posters on this forum, and I definitely can't stop you from your nit picking, I must tell you that it makes you look twisted and bitter, like you feel that you've been given the short end of the stick somewhere along the line. If you have, let it go and move on.
As far as Buck helping; I can say that I've never seen an employee of any other major OEM (CAT, Bobcat, Case, NH, Deere, etc.) PUBLICLY announce his position and offer to help sort out a problem for a customer...not one on this forum, or any others.
Now, as far as I'm concerned, the fact that he even posted on here speaks volumes about not only him, but also the company he works for. So you can continue on with your whining and dart throwing, or you can offer some constructive material to the content of other's questions and discussions. I'm sure that you have some to offer.
I forgot, if you make a negative comment you should know a little about which you speak.I say this with not a single vested interest in the brush cutting industry or in Terex/ASV the company other than knowing some guys who do it and owning an RC50 and a S220.

Buck stepped up in a big way for an individual on this forum and commented on this forum about doing so. It was Great. Without this forum the help may not have been offered.
10-4 AXE
I purchased my machine brand new & since then have not recieved anything from the company in form of recalls, potential problems, or anything. If is wasn't for this forum I would have no clue!!!!
I wasn't whining I was making a comment about the other message the guy said that when he bought his machine they would try an help out on the cost. Just saying thats a far cry!!!
I have a friend that has a Bobcat, bought used with 80hrs on it. Now just around 600 hrs & a drive motor went out. When it is all said & done, bobcat is paying for the motor & the owner pays labor & fluids. Now that is service & helping the customer out!!!
Until you own one YOU just DON"T KNOW!!!
