Unlike myself, my wife was a little sad watching the camper leave. That surprised me because living in the camper was much more of a sacrifice for her than it was for me. After all, most guys can be happy living under a bridge. My wife was a little nostalgic. After all, we spent half our married lives in that camper. Our daughter spend most of her first year of life in the camper. We did have some good times in it. And living in it had some real plusses for a guy. Compared to owning a house, the maintenance was much less time consuming, especially when we lived in a campground and didn't to mow the grass.
