Attachment Problem

In the last day or so, I have noticed that several photo attachments have been rotated. Is this a TBN software problem?

going to assume it is your web browser (IE, firefox, chrome)

you most likely clicked an image, then rotated it (by accident or not) and the browser saved your changes that way.

what are you using for internet browser? might help folks narrow down what ya need to do.

((possibly clearing all your "cache" for TBN could possibly work))

I posted pictures out of my galaxy phone tonite and I couldn't get the pictures turned right side up. Rather frustrating and if somebody knows how to fix this I'd like to hear about it.

Huh - I just uploaded two photos to a post on "Rural" and they were right side up. I used Safari in this case.

I just went thru:
1. picture on Galaxy note - looks ok
2. picture transferred to PC - looks ok
3. Picture viewed in the "manage attachments" upload "open" window looks ok
4. Picture uploaded



Original picture was 864x1536, portrait 0.97Mb on PC, 427.8kb uploaded

IT'S ROTATED!!

Took same picture in step 2 resized to 600x1066, on PC, step 3&4

427kb on PC, 288kb uploaded

Similar picture, 1536x864 pixels
Steps 1 thru 4

original 852 kb on pc, 428kb uploaded.

So it seems to be a size and orientation problem.
