Dave, I sure hope you get them. They're happy birds and fun to have around. I've had good luck with the SK house. Put one up and they may come. Of course I'm a little south of you. Once you get them in, they'll be back. Good luck, MP

2many, My PM houses are in 100% full sun in Central TX. No shade at any time of the day. They don't seem to mind the heat at all.

That looks really good. I am going to give it a try. I have seen purple martins pass through here, but not a lot of them. I didn't realize they are so dependent on man-made nesting places.
