Sinkfarm, no reason to YELL, your point is understandable, but unfounded. To believe now that maintenance can only be performed by the dealer that sold the tractor is ridiculous. Many folks move from one area or state to another and bring their tractors with them. Are they now relagated to bringing the tractor back to the original dealer, NO. Any Kubota dealer will do and they would be foolish not to service it. If its under warranty, the dealer still is paid by Kubota Inc and if not under warranty, then its in their best interest to develop the relationship with that customer for future sales and services. I believe your fears not only to be unfounded, but also ones that insecure dealers around my area have developed. If you are a dealer and sunk your farm to develop it, get with it or fall behind. I will have no problem buying from a company like Carvers etc, and they are over 3000 miles away. Rat...
